Set Up Your Real Estate Properties
Main Street Pulse can track your investment properties, primary residence, or both. You can track single-family, multi-family, land, commercial, and self-storage, to name a few.
To start, navigate to the Real Estate page and click "Add new." Enter the property name and purchase date, as they are required.
In addition to the main details, you can enter information about:
- HOA
- Property Manager
- Lender details and loan terms
- Acquisition details
- Insurance information
- Documents (coming soon)
The more information you enter, the more Main Street Pulse can help you track and be alerted to upcoming dates.
The Monthly Pulse email reminds you of your Loan and insurance payments each month. More reminders will be coming soon.
You can get a quick snapshot of your estimated equity and years owned with all your information added.
Enter all the properties you have to see a complete portfolio snapshot. The next step is to set up a business entity and link your real estate assets.
